Legal Question in Family Law in India

namaste sir,4days back i have filed a case498a n dv against my husband n in laws.

few weeks back his friend(girls) called me and said they will try to convince my husband and said he blamed me regarding some aspects which are completely false so listening to it i felt irritated n abused my husband n in laws for it later on i came to know that it was myhusband who took the help of his friends and recorded my conversation.out of mental agony i spoked very irritatedly n now can it be an evidence for them in any way to escape.is it an offence to record so?he is blackmailing me that he recorded it n can escape out of it.does it b a major evidence?

i have enough proof with me for their dowry harassement but iam feeling tensed that s their any chance to escape wit y oice recording..its urgent so pls let me know.
