Legal Question in Family Law in India

Namaste sir

my sisinlaw booked 498 agnst my family members 2 yrs back, my brther is in uk. we all got anticipatry bail n reglar bail. my brther cud nt come to india as he had signed 2 yrs contract.

twice we got summon from court for him to attend court.

now if he visits india will there be any problem in airport, can we take anticipatory bail before he reaches india. is his presence must for anticipatory bail. please help me in this regards.

last year she sent khula on 100 rs bond with masjid seal tht she wud withdraw the case. she has married someone else on tht khula paper.

please help me sir.
