Help needed
I am hindu girl married hindu guy under hindu marriage act in social ceremony in India.My husband works in US on H1 visa.I went to US on H4 visa.My husband and his parents used to mentally torture me.His parents went their on tourist visa.None of them used to talk to me or refused to help me if i needed their help.They used to go every where in car and i had to go everywhere in public transport in torn shoe as i had no moneyto buy shoe.He never paid any heed when i told him to give me money to buy shoe.I also took help from NGO.One volunteer also offer me money when she saw me in torn shoe.So i had to come back to india..I filed for maintenence sec 125.Court has already order him to give interm maitenence.But he has not started giving me any money or he has not appear in any hearing for permanent maintenence..My parents and i tired to call him many times to talk to them after coming back.They are not recieving our call or not answering our email.I have inform my husband that i am going back because i want to talk to him.. My question is if after going there i find that he has visited india and didnot inform me even thouh i inform him that i am going there via email and left message on his voice mail.can i take any action aginst ?

If he is visiting india what is the use of going there. For not paying maintenance action can be taken but not for visiting india without informing you.

You may file a criminal complaint under IPC and get his visa cancelled.
In case of need please contact.

Yes, you are entitled in law to take appropriate action against him under DVA and IPC.

You can initiate legal action against him in India as well as in USA.
It would be better if you had already lodged a complaint in India and the courts/police in India issue him notice for appearance to answer your complaint.
