Some help needed
I got married 6 years back and now I am living with my parents for last 1 year as my husband is not mentally sound, he is not earning since last 5 years. I was the only earning member in the family. He used to abuse and beats me up ofently for very small issues . He threw me from my home when I was three months pregnant. I just want to know can I get custody of my child for ever? He is just 10 months old.

yes you can. actually, for initial five years he cannot even demand the custody of your child; and afterwards, the court will determine on the basis of eligibility and capacity of the parents.
Please do not worry about custody of the child. You should think of your life and trying to prevent any kind of violence/abuses being commtited against you.

yes you can get custody and expenses from him. but as u told that he is not earning it has to be seen that what benefits you can get at max
