neeraj(appleallent)and aasha(respondent)was wife and husband.they got married on23-08-1994.the wife left her matrimonial home and living seperatly since 30-06-1997.the husban sent a notice to wife asking to return to her matrimonial home02-06-1998.wife filed a complaint under section 498A on 08-02-2006.the appllent and his family members was aquitted.again husban fied pitition to the sub divisinal majistrate to asking her wife to retun to her matrimonial home again she was refuse to go.the apllean filed case before the ADJ-VSPMfor divore for the grounds of crualty and dicertion.the court gives decree of judicial seperations.then the appellant wants go to suprem court appelle for divors for grounds of crualty and dicertion.dicidE?
