my neighbor died leaving behind his wife(widow), mohter and father. the property is in joint name of the deceased and his wife (widow). how the property to be shared. whether his father and mother will get shares on the property

The deceased's wife may get 3/4th (being half her own share and other half of half by inheritance) and his mother may get remaining 1/4th, depending upon other factors.
