hi

i am newly married (19th nov 2011) we had love marriage.now my husband wants divorce from me and wants to remarry with another girl.But he he dont want to take any blame on him.He wants me take divorce because he dont have any gud resoan for that .He is torturing me to do so I want to file a case against him .Please guide me to do so

Divorce is not possible within a year from date of marriage. You prefer complaint under Domestic Violence Act

Divorce is not possible. plz mail your details, then i will try to talk to your husband and try to convince him else, i will help you to lined his mind and behavior towards you and teach him a lesson through legal course.
