Legal Question in Family Law in India
is any news of amendement of divorce law which came in month of may has it become a law and will it applicable on those cases which started three or four years back.

Any law can apply only prospectively. However, if you want to use the new ground based on old facts of marriage dispute, you will be able to do so. I think the new bill has not yet become law.

though the law may not have retrospective effect but the law may be applied at the time of deciding the matter.
