non-consumed marriage divorce grounds in India

They lived together only one month after marriage and husband got

divorce notice from her lawyer on second month.

1) The truth is they had no sex at all.

2) Husband says he had sex with wife and ready to produce medical

certificate to prove he is not impotent.

3) Wife says they had no sex and ready to produce medical certificate

to prove her verginity.

So, will she get non-consumated divorce?

If the marriage was not consummated, the wife may be entitled to divorce.

Hello.

So you mean she is keeping allegations that the husband is impotent.

If the husband proves that he is not impotent then you cannot get a non consumated divorce.

Check the details with your local lawyer and proceed.
