What is Notice u/s, 10(ix) of Divorce Act 1869. And what is Under Section 13 of the Family Court Act. Does my working wife will claim her rights on my property. I have a daughter she is 7 years. Im running a software training centre monthly income is not more than 2000/- after removing all office expenses. I have already paid lumpsum one lakh rupees during seperation in 2006, Will the court tell me to pay to my daughter expenses. and any compensation to My wife She has mentioned in petition praying for decree of divorcee.My lawyer has told me to wait till 20th july he is bit busy will handle after 20th but my case is on 23rd july. What is the solution ? My mind is not working even my old parents are scared.

you are duty bound to maintain your daughter whether you in a relationship or divorced. you cannot run away from this moral as well as legal obligation towards your own daughter. instead of getting scared, face the situation and take care of your daughter.
