Legal Question in Family Law in India

my NRI husband abandoned me and my 2 months child at mumbai airport i files 498 and maintenance/ DV case in India. I had to return to australia due to child's visa.I am indian citizen married under hindu act.his standard of living is very high and working in Navy.he pays bare minimum of child support which is not at all enough to make living. I am jobless and pennyless. please help if I could get spousal maintenance via India law of protection against women.

Yes, you are entitled to maintenance under H.A.M.A. as per his 'standard of living' at the time of separation.
