I have obtained Diorce from first wife and I had 2 female children with her. I have legally married a divorced moman having 2 female children. After the marriage I have adopted (and registered). children of my second wife when they were minors.. Is the adoption legally valid.. My first wife is claiming for maitenace. I am a Government employee having salary as the only source of Income.I have no other sources of income. What is the maximum amount that can be granted to her out of my salary.

your wife and 2 daughters are entitled to get maintenance? maximum amount is depend on there need. It is your legal and moral duty to give them maintenance.
Your 1st wife cannot claim maintenance after the Divorce is done because she must have got her permanent alimony from you at the time of Divorce.
You forget note your female children to take into account/
