Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have obtained a null and void decree regarding my catholic church marriage from the patriachal tribunal in goa also known as the bishops palace in the year 2005 is my status still bachelor since i have not gone through divorce or legal-separation and my marriage is neither annulled but is declared null and void or a void marriage.

O.K when the marriage is itself ab initio i.e null and void how can you go thru divorce, annulment etc. Null and void itself means that you are not married

you have to get decree of annulment from court.

For remarriage you will be a civil decree as well.
