Legal Question in Family Law in India

Is it possible to get get one-sided divorce with alimony where my husband has filed RCR & says that he wants to stay with me.But I dont want to go back due to dowry issues & mental harassment.If so how? How much time will the process take? Is it a lengthy one?

yes he can file divorce but you will recd summons from the court if he file the divorce.

second if he is harassing you then you can lodge a complaint u/s 498 a against his family but be sure every thing should be fair otherwise he will got the benefit of the same
