Legal Question in Family Law in India

order for maintenance u/s 125 of cpc act was passed by lower court against which I had made appeal for cancellation as my wife staying not with me on her own will. she has filed application for divorse u/s 13 (1a) (ib) of the hindu marriage act and divorse was granted with permanent alimony for maintenance of Rs 150000/- . My question is whether both will be applicable or not i.e permanent alimony for maintenance and monthly maintenance u/s 125 of cpc.
