Legal Question in Family Law in India
I came from ordinary family. my marriage was done on basis of hindu act. At marriage time i am earning Rs.1800 per month (On that base only my marriage is happened).But my wife is by default-ly lavish in nature. I am person of living with in my budget. Now she put a maintenance case 125(3). I don't have any money source. I am suffering with sugar from 28 months. Is there is any chance to live togather.

Maintenance and living together are two different situations.
For living with your wife, you may make efforts for an out of court settlement; try to persuade her by understanding her difficulties and try solving those problems; you may seek help of your or her relatives in the process.
She may be entitled to maintenance u/s 125 as per your 'standard of living'.
you may file a reply to her application and lead evidence to prove the truth.
