Parental property

Sir, I have one brother and one sister. my father did not get any immovable property from his father. he himself earn the property. so pls clarify me that can he debarred me and wife from his property, i having one daughter and my daughter having any right to get the property of her grandfather.

Yes, he can debar you and your daughter donot have any right of any kind in the self earned property of your father.Your father is the absolute owner and he is free to deal with the same as per his own wishes and way.In case of need you may contact with all details.professional charges are applicable.

One is entitled to deal with his/her property as per his wishes. There is no ban on disposing of self acquired property.

Your father can legally debar you or anyone else from his inheritance.

Your father is holding his self acquired property so he may debar you and your wife and children from his all self acquired properties

Yes he can debar you. Your daughter has got no right in the self-acquired properties of her grandfather.

YOur father has earned himself and he is entitled to do whatever he pleases, and you ar your wife or your children do not have any right in the property.

if your father dies without transferring or leaving a will then all of you will have equal share in the property. i.e. yourself, your brother and sister.

your father has got absolute right to debar you or any one else as per his wish but though you can meet me along with the details

The property being your fathers self acauired property he can deal with it in any manner. He can debarr you from teh same. your daughter does not get any right in teh said property .
