Legal Question in Family Law in India
My Parents dont accept my love marriage and they are forcing to divorce him. We did not live together for the whole year and we are living apart. Now my parents want me to marry the boy in our own caste and forcing for divorce or annul the register marriage. We both are Indians and above 25..Please help me..and i dont want to loose both my parents and my husband...

As you are major and above 25 you can't be forced by your parents legally to marry against your wishes or Divorce or annul register marriage against your will and wish. You have all the right to decide what you want to do.

As you are major, your parents cnnot force you or the boy. If anybody forced u then you may send me your details and contact me for help.
