if parents disowned the son and wife both and they are living in a rented house, after that wife filled a 498a case on husband and his family then how many chances to get arrest of parents and husband & one more thing is parents and husband have anticipatory bail.pls reply as it is very urgent.

in case the parents and husband have already got the anticipatory bail, then how can there be a chance to get arrested pending trial.

in your case there is anticipatory bail of parents and husband, unless and untill the complainant file for cancellation of anticipatory bail, no arrest is possible.
