My parents are divorced and they both are married now.. And the thing is they are not bothered about me and property is on my dad's name and mom is settled in U.S with her kids i dont know what to do... Pls help!!

Is your birth father is also married again.
Is you father have more kids from the marriage with you mother or any other marriage.
If, it is your father self earned property, it is his choice to give it to anyone.
If, he die without WIll it will, devolve upon legal heirs.
If, it is ancestral property, you can file for partition.
