Legal Question in Family Law in India
My parents got divorsed when I was 11 years of age I have a elder brother and a elder sister. My Father agreedthe responsibility for the education and marraige we stayed with our mother. My father remarried a women who already had a girl chid and had divorced. My father never paid anything for our education now i am 30 years of age, my mother raised us all up with great efforts and hard work. Our stepmother always refused us to come to our fathers house, her daughter compleed education of engineering on payseat, I would like to ask can I get my right for education as I want to go to Savannah School of Art U.S.A. I also want to ask can I ask the court for justice as why was I denied my education by my father. I feel it was deliberate negelegance from my father about my education and it show be considered as calculated foul. I want legal advice to proceed.
