My parents are saying not give any Written statement against my wife in which she will get more anger and trouble us with again false allegations and end up in heated contested divorce. Now she is already filed a divorce with false allegation what should I do , Give answer tit for tat. manner or humbly agree for divorcee without any allegation against her. Please guide

you can ask her for mutual consent divorce(without any allegations on each other).
You can speak to her to get a mutual divorce out of court settlement. The only problem which you will face is the maintenance issue claim by your wife and the only way to come out is by way of mutual consent.
SIr, it is better you present your side of story and facts and even if you do not contest than the divorce will be easily granted but again she will file a maintenance petition and hence you are required to contest and during the pend ency of the case you can see whether there are chances of mutual consent divorce and if there are no chances than you can go as per law and proceedings, there is no need to put down your arms.
