My parents hv given as dowry of rs.500000/- to my father-in-law and mother-in-law.

Now my husband not giving any money for maintenance to my child and me. I

Claimed for maintenance in court the judgement given by court is due to living

Together there is no question of giving separate maintenance. And also he is

Claiming that he is working as kooli in poultry farm. (Actually the farms belong

To him and its on the name of his parents). So can I claim thru my parents to

Refund the dowry amount to us back without asking any divorce. And also he

Is not having sexual relation with me can I put in front of judge about this

When the Domestic violence case came for hearing? Pl. advise me sir.

And also can I ask divorce by showing the reason as no sexual contact with me?

We have two of my parent colugue as evidence for dowry. )No any written evidence.

For dowry.

Can my parents put case against their parents. For dowry refund?

Yes, you or your parents may file a criminal case against him and his parents for recovery of dowry and for committing cruelty against you under sections 406/498-A of I.P.C. This may also be a valid ground for divorce.

Besides, you may also claim maintenance/support under D.V.A.
