Legal Question in Family Law in India

That my parents were legally married in India. My father was an NRI Residing in U.S.A. my father dissolved in U.S.A. My mother�s green card was got surrendered under duress and she was sent back to India. I was born in India. I am living with my mother in India. My mother initiated child support money case. The child support money was paid for some time but my father absconded and became underground. My father became underground when he evaded to pay the child support money legally sanctioned by the Court in USA.

During her short stay in the U.S.A my mother was maltreated harassed & tortured both mentally & physically.

In my child hood I was told that my father had died in a road accident. Now I have come to know the reality and want to initiate action and Now I have come to know that he is alive and is working some where in U.S.A.

But I am at a loss to know where and how to start the case.

i want justice please help me how can i sue him i would be very grateful to you if u guide me in this case

Earlier this question has been answered. One more thing, in India, you could have initiated an action within six months of your attaining majority. That is six months from the date when you completed 18 years of age.
