Legal Question in Family Law in India

If Both Parties compromise(wife and husband family) without existing lawyer(who taking care of husband cases) and taking other lawyer help for compromising.

clarification:

1) Is their any problem without knowing compromise issue existing lawyer

2) during case withdraw in court hall, judge will ask existing lawyer required?

3) Existing lawyer make any issue if both parties are compromise.

As per RAJIV GUPTA answer i payed the advanced feed to lawyer. Only we have issue when we go to first time compromise we invited and he didn't down proper compromise. So for that we refused second time compromise to existing lawyer.

one more clarification if existing lawyer will not give NOC is thier any problem in divource, dvc and 498a cases so seek other lawyer

NOC from the already engaged lawyer is required these days, matter is of Fee pending etc.

But if the lawyer refuses to give NOC, the party may file an application before the Judge and say that i want to engage another lawyer and the previous one is not giving NOC,, it is presumed that NOC is given- because it is difficult for the previous lawyer to explain before the Judge the reasons for refusing the NOC.

If both the parties are agreeable and understand the terms of agreement, a compromise may be reached without the help of lawyers.
