Legal Question in Family Law in India

If Both Parties compromise(wife and husband family) without existing lawyer(who taking care of husband cases) and taking other lawyer help for compromising.

clarification:

1) Is their any problem without knowing compromise issue existing lawyer

2) during case withdraw in court hall, judge will ask existing lawyer required?

3) Existing lawyer make any issue if both parties are compromise.

Please clarify

it is advisable to pay the balance fee to the lawyer concerned and seek NOC from him to appoint another lawyer.
