third party issue
my wife is a lawyer . his boss who is also a lawyer is misleading my wife. he is breaking my home . as my wife is very much carrier oriented she is not giving enough importance to me and my family . even her family supports her for that. can i file a third party case to the boss of my wife. for that what i have to do. she and her boss are threating us that they will file a dowery case against my family. help me that how can i stay with my wife even though she is not living with me for last 9 months. problem is that they want to extract money from me which i m not able to pay. but if i file the case first then i have to give alomany to her. but why should i give anything as she was not giving a single penny from her salary to me . this is all done by the help of her boss . so plz show me any hope

you will need to go slow and do not take any decision in a haste.
at this stage, the only step i would advise you is that meet your wife and her parents and try to persuade her to livewith you;
if that fails, try to organise a meeting with the help of your friends and/or relatives and meet her and her family,
