I have passed 11 years of my marriage. My spouse with my 10 years son is residing at my parental in laws house. My parental in laws want to spoil my character so that i could not get any government job. may i get stay order on arrest. Kindly tell me the procedure to get stay order on arrest so that they could not spoil my charcter.

You may apply for stay of arrest only after FIR is registered against you with the police.
