Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am passing through a very bad phase in my life.. I got married just 6 months back.. BUt my wife wants a divorce from me.. She is saying that she doesn't like my nature.. my lifestyle.. She is saying that i dont have soical circle.. One day suddenly.. her parents took her away from my home.. and then loged a complaint against me.. Police called both parties (Girl and Boy) and tried to reconcile.. but the girl is very adamant.. I dont know if she is into affair with someone or whatever is the reason.. I dont want want this seperation..

I dont have any bad habbits.. i have never hurt her physically of verbally.. My earning is decent ( I am earning around 10 Lac per annum)

Please advise me.. They want immeidate divorce through panchayat system.. and also asking for settlement of things exchnaged during marriage.. Please advise.. can i move to human rights comission.. will it impact my professional life..

I am madly in love with the girl and dont want this seperation

You can file Restitution of conjugal rights petition and go for family court mediation.
