Legal Question in Family Law in India

a US passport holder got married to an indian lady in Arya samaj mandir. there are no photographs of saptapadi. can the NRI get the marriage annulled on the ground that there was no ceremony of saat phere.

What about the Arya samaj certificate of the marriage ? This document is good enough to prove marriage . You have to go through the regular procedure of Divorce . You can file a suit for declaring the marriage null and void and go for cancellation of certificate.
