Legal Question in Family Law in India

i am from patna and got married in november 2007 and in one month i came to know about my wife was involved with 8 persons before marriage one by one. she drank and sex with them occasionally. i came to know from some source and it was continue with one of them till the marriage day when i got shifted to patna

(she is from jamshedpur). doing any thing with them just for pleasure infact she want to marry another person but her family made her to marry me. it was a arrange marriage. in dec 07 when i asked her she admitted and it was a shocking truth for me. i was unconcious for few days. when my family called her parents they started giving threats of 498a as i am running my chemist shop but continuosly bearing the same pressure. she is doing what she wants under the shed of dowry laws. she is continuously torturing me for giving money togo to clubs, parties etc also missbehaving with my father 78 years old. i am having income 40,000 a months. we are staying together but there is no physical relation so no kids. i can live with her

1. what should i do to save my family.

2. she had affairs can court will consider it.there is no prof because no one can prove. but she used to compare them with me.

3. on which behalf i can get divorce from her. i can give her maintence although she is running her own beutique.

please help me to save my family and me. Her family is cruel in nature they will not do any settlement please suggest only legals.
