Permission for education of 2 yrs, abroad
I want to study in europe for 2 yrs. got anticipatory bail from delhi high court.(498a/406/34 ipc)no condition for going abroad.is permission necessary.If yes then challan is not filed so permission will be given by high court or trial court

It may be better to make an application to the court granting you bail seeking permission to go abroad.

yes, you require permission from the court concerned for leaving india and study abroad. you may file an application in the court of magistrate for grant of permission and exemption from appearance till your studies are complete.

The cases you mentioned being of criminal how are you supposed to study abroad,even if you are permitted then it may be for a short period of time.However you are required to file an application for seeking permission from where your cases are proceeding.

normally, in the bail application, it is mentioned that the applicant will not leave india without the prior permission from the court, so although no condition is imposed, you have to seek the permission from the court granting you bail/

Permission is necessary. High court can grant permission.
