Legal Question in Family Law in India

if person has different name on birth certificate and school leaving certificare and on bank pass book, what to do if they want to apply for passport? three of above ducuments same persone has the different name and diffrent birthdate , what do you suggest?

The applicant should first get correct name recorded at all the places by making applications for rectification to the appropriate authorities. The Birth Certificate may be made the basis for correction. If you want a name different than that on Birth Certificate, you may need to apply for "change of name" by giving advertisement in two news papers and then applying to the school authorities; based on school certificate, you may apply for passport on same name.
