if one person has got divorce without the acceptance / or one person is not at all come for cort nor recived any legal notice from the person who has applied for divorse is is possible to get divorce plz help me in this matter

in case the respondent receives the summons and does not appear, the petitioner may get the divorce ex parte.

If the Respondent does not appear before the court then the court proceeds ex parte against him and eventually the court would pass decree of divorce. But you have a right to challenge the exparte Decree by giving reasons for your non appearance.
