if a person has got divorced mutually under section 13b whether the quashing of fie automatically

a petition for quashing needs to be filed u/s 482 of criminal procedure code, before the high court and in case any of the parties backtracks giving a statement to get the f.i.r quashed, the court may in its own discretion quash the same provided other requirements are duly fulfilled.
