Legal Question in Family Law in India

one person named Santosh jaha living in laksar dist haridwar working in hydel as a govt lever in iti bases, his mother die and his father is a heart patient so his father need a care. he married 2 year before and his wife filed dv and 498a, 498,125, inorder to extort money from him after 9 month of his marriage. before 1 month from now, Santosh got a serious road accident in which he got fractured in left leg and right arm. due to this accident Santosh is now in bead and he need a very good care. but his wife refuse to join his matrimonial home and also refuse to care him. rather than this, her wife demand 4 lac rupee which she spend in his marriage as a dowry and monthly maintenance to him. Santosh is now in big trouble. his aged father coocked food with a big difficulties.
Q1 plz tell me does there any provision in court which force his wife to take care of her husband?
Q2 how can she forced her wife inorder to coocked food for her and take care of his and his father?
