The first petition has been signed for mutual divorce.It has been stated by both parties that they have NO allegations against each other. The next date after 6 months has been fixed.All items have also been returned to the girl as per the

written agreement and receipts obtained. The girl is earning more than the boy.

a can the time be granted by the judge?

b.How much time can be granted?

c.If granted what is the locus standi of the present case?

d.If not granted then what is the standing of the present case.

e.What legal implications can arise for the boy?

f can the girl side use 498 against the boy?

g Any other provision can be applied by the girl side.

once the first motion has been signed and the statement has been recorded, neither theboy nor the girl can violate the terms of the agreement. the second motion needs to bepresented within a period of twelve days from the expiry of six months.
