Legal Question in Family Law in India

The petitioner (husband) has not cleared my arrear of interm maintainance .

Q.1- Can I ask family court to stay the proceeding on application of petitioner submitted for ammendment under O-6 Rule-17 read with sec 151 cpc.

Q.2 can I submit a normal hand written application to stay for the above.

Q.3 Or what to be done.

clearance of interim maintenance is a different issue and amendment of written statement is another. no stay may be granted.
