I have been married for over 2 years now. On request on my partner this marriage was not known to anyone but our parents. my partner is now seek divorce and said that she is going to claim that she never got married. I was looking at uploading our marraige snaps on the internet. can you please advise if she can file a case that its defamation of her name?

This cannot amount to defamation.

Your statement appears to be incomplete. If she has a grouse, she may file a case. You may try for an amicable out of court settlement to avoid litigation.
