Legal Question in Family Law in India

pl refer a question dated 10/07/2010 at 9.54 asked by a remarried lady for issuance of passport of a child of her previous husban. Now my question is that how an affidevit should and what document required for the passport issuance

is there any adoption deed is necessary? if yes, the format of deed?

an adoption cannot be done in this situation as your present husband would be considered a step father and during life time of your ex husband the child cannot be adopted. however, you are his legal guardian. regarding passport, an express consent of your ex husband may be required.
