Pl.advice whatever i am doing is right or not?
My wife left me after 2 years of marriage. Now she is not responding to me or either her parents.I tried to convince her a lot to come back on mail & sending her ticket. During this time she sent me a notice from advocate saying that me & my family members misbehaving with her & along with that she also blame me regarding dowry in the notice.This is not true & also said in notice that reply the notice otherwise they can file criminal complaint. I love my wife today also & i want her to come back. My lawer suggested me to file a case of restitution rights section 9. We are currently living in 2 different cities in india.Pl.advice me in this Thanks in advance
