I am planning to get married . I have a daughter frome first marriage . I want to know a)will my daughter have rights in the property of my 2nd husband ?b)will she get rights only after adoption by the 2nd husband

how old is daughter? do u have her custody? if yes then your 2nd husband will be her father.

no need of adoption.

You have not mentioned about your first husband. Your daughter will have no right in the property of your 2nd husband unless she is adopted by him. If your daughter's biological father is alive, his consent will be required for her adoption by your 2nd husband.
