Legal Question in Family Law in India

Pls advice me how to help my friend.she is in great depression.She was is tourchure in her first marraige inspite of giving ten lac money in dowry inspite of jewellerys.She is having one daughter of three years.she fought the case for three four years and was not ready for divorce.In between she meet one boy already divorced and having one daughter of five years.he was ready to marry my friend.My friend is from good and rich family.she got ready to for divorce from her first marraige and filled divorce case mutually.But the second boy forced her that she has to marry in temple as early as possible as divorce degree will take time and they dont have any yoge further.so my friends parents married to this second boy in temple before two months of her first maraige divorce declared.now she is divorced.but this second boy is great fraud.not earning anything.just married her for her fathers money.is this marraige valid.when she refused for financial support, he run away leaving her and her daughter alone.she is on bed in great depression.can she file case against this boy.pls suggest something for her as she is having one daughter also.she is in great depression as happened to her second time.she got cheated.pls help.pls

Firstly please accept my sincere sympathy for your friend and kudos for you for being so concern. Further please find our submission as follows

Firstly This second marriage stands NULL and VOID in the eyes of law, reason being one cannot marry other while having his/her spouse living.

Secondly on human ground I would suggest you to make her believe in herself and make her directed to live for herself and her kid. She should be glad that this second guy showed his true colors early; when he cant care her he should not deserve to have her again.
