pls clarify

DVA is filed , 498A is pending and challan has not been done by police. DVA is due for interim relief and arguement in feb. I want to inform that the husband has given the false salary slips in court and the depicted salary is false. Also husband says he is leaving the job . the salary depicted in the salary slips is around 40k per month. We have a child also. Please tell me how much interim is possible to get. Also what wil happen when husband leaves the job? in that case interim will be affected /or not given?

You may be entitled to approximately 15,000 per month. The maintenance amount may not be dependent upon your husband's salary and instead the court take into consideration the 'standard of living' being maintained by your husband at time of your separation.
