Plz help me
Dear sir/madam, i am a indian citizen married to a indian girl since may 2005 who later on in aug 2005 become a unmarried green card holder due to her parents. She has been regularly going to usa since 4 years . Her mother regularly call her when she is in india & pressurises her to come to usa & also making her blackmail about emotional towards her.Her mother is doing this activity since 4 years ,we have disputes due to this,i am mentally disturbed & harrassed since 4 years & worried about my future.My parents are also mentally disturbed & also in mental tension . .Now she has left the house since 24 nov 2008 & went to usa without informing anybody,also now she is not ready to come here.She needs me but afraid of her mother. Is there any law werein i can file a case against my wife's mother of mental disturbance & harassment to me?Is there any law for helping indians ?

unless your wife desires to go to usa, how can your mother-in-law force her to come to USA. May be she is doing that to keep her visa status alive. But one thing is not clear, if you were married in May how could she get "unmarried green card" in Aug of the same year????

You may seek divorce from your wife on the ground of cruelty because if she has travelled to USA showing herself as an unmarried girl dependent upon her parents in USA.
No case may be made out against your mother in law in this situation.
