Legal Question in Family Law in India

POA in family court

Ld counsels,

I have filed restitution and my wife filed annulment. If reconciliation filed can I register a POA in favor of my parents in order to exclude myself from personal appearance in family court. Will the court give that relief as the re-conciliation has failed and my profession demands frequent travel.

In a pending case, one may better seek and follow advice from/of his counsel who is conducting the case.
