Is it posibl for me to simply walk into my il-laws house to start living with my husband after 10 yrs of separation? My husband is under extreme pressure of his father who is mainly responsible for our separation. I will only have to take some bold step. Can I get a court's order to live with my husband? Is it legally possible?

Yes, you do not need any court order. Just walk into the house and start living; that is your home. if they push you or trouble you, you are entitled to call the police under Domestic Violence Act and also under I.P.C.
You r not divorced therefore you are entitle to enter into the house.
You move alongwith your articles into the house and request him to live over there and if he did not agreed then you may file your complaint under DV act.
