Re: power of attorney

Sir

At the offset let me advice you to properly frame the question and sentence, your question makes a mess to understand exactly what do you want to know.

In India power of attorney is concerned, it is required to be executed on the stamp paper of Rs. 100 and also required to be notarized.

And affidavit is required to be executed on the stamp paper of Rs. 20 and it is required to be sworn before the magistrate/ex. magistrate.

Please note, that the non-judicial stamp papers are required to be used
