Prevent divorce
If a woman does not want a divorce and husband keeps on saying that he wants a divorce in the court. can he get a divorce?

If the woman is not at fault, it is difficult for the husband to obtain divorce. The Indian law does not recognise "no fault theory". A person may seek divorce only if he can establish one of the grounds for divorce in accordance with law.

if the wife is not willing to divorce her husband and the husband has no justified ground on which he can seek the same, it is almost impossible for him to get the divorce.

If husband has a valid ground and can establish the same then yes otherwise difficult.
