Legal Question in Family Law in India

My Previous question related to womens name change after marriage is in the following url https://www.lawguru.com/answers/question/show/XPHHtRqnTx . another query with the same question is : the academic degree which she hold includes surname as father name (R.LALITHA where R is my wife father name)...during employment in india & in foreign nation , if they ask about variations in her degree & in documents like passport she hold what we have to do ? is marriage registered certificate is enough or else we have to do name change gazette?

please clarify sir
